Verimax Voice Mail, manages your phone trafics by answering and transfering calls or taking messages. Verimax Voice Mail maximizes your customer satisfaction by minimizing the time your customers spend while calling you. What's inside? ●     Answers more than one call at a time with seperate announcements for each. ●     Answers the call on the first ring for all phone systems. ●     When the caller dials the extension: reads the name of the agent called; notifies the caller if the agent is busy and gives information about how many callers are waiting for the same agent. ●     If the agents rejects the call or not available at the time, system can record a message. The agents can listen to their messages anywhere through their mobiles, PC's or web mail. ●      Assisted trasfer feature records the name of the caller and reads it to the agent before trasfering the call. If the agent prefers not to answer the call, the system notifies the caller with "agent is not available" announcement.
